A fully transparent case... The skeletonised version of the iconic chronograph, taken in a direction the original brand never did themselves.
I made this version because a customer in Toronto kept asking for a "see-through" chronograph. He was a mechanical engineer and wanted to actually see the inner components work while wearing it. He texted me the next day after receiving it, saying he'd been staring at his wrist all morning instead of working. I'll take that as a positive review.
The transparent case reveals the inner workings of the movement. It's hypnotic to say the least. It's the watch equivalent of an aquarium, you find yourself looking at it for no reason, just because it's beautiful.
Genuine Japanese hybrid meca-quartz automatic chronograph movement, sapphire crystal. There's nothing quite like it from any luxury brand because they don't do transparent versions of this reference. A notable high-end customiser made something similar by milling an entire solid block of sapphire, moulding it into a transparent case. Well, that costs $70,000.
